The »pirozki« and especially the pumpkin soup (honestly!) got me interested in cooking. So I made some Polish stuffed pancakes. Stuffed with meat and onions, that is. They looked pretty gross, but they tasted great. Plus, it was my first attempt at cooking something involving more than three ingredients, so I was very happy with the result.
